Halloween Week FLL Springside Robotics

This week we continued working on our Body Forward Challenges. We finished construction of the Lego Playing Field Elements, and continued to program the robots to perform the challenges the represent advances in biomedical engineering.

Also we started our FLL Research Project - which is half of the competition points - where we need to

• 1.Indentify a medical problem that we think could benefit from bioengineering
• 2. Brainstorm some solutions to this problem and come up with an original invention or treatment idea
• 3. Research solutions and contact professionals for their input
• 4. Create a presentation about out bioengineering project
• 5. Share this project at the competition in December and with the world!

The girls have begin their initial work on a invention that they call

"The Fan-Cast-ic Cast"
